1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your product. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet these criteria:

Must be a genuine JAC part purchased directly from us.
Must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.
Must be in the original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

We DO NOT accept returns for:

Parts that have been installed or tampered with.
Electrical or electronic components (due to the nature of these parts).
Special order or customized items.
Products damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Follow these steps:
1. Contact Support: Email us at support@reyautoparts.com explaining the reason for the return.
2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the part and its packaging.
3. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping address.
4. Ship It: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

4. Shipping Costs

Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong part).
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective part), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Square, PayPal, or Card).
